Tony Diaz, President
A 12-year veteran of the real estate industry, Tony launched N-Star Inc. in 2001, and has since led the company from its initial focus on real estate investment to its current capacity of building new home communities. With his extensive knowledge of the constantly changing real estate market and his ability to transform his aspirations into reality, Tony has created a foundation for families to build better lives.

Kyle Openshaw, RMO
With nearly three decades of industry experience Kyle's career has been one of promotion and expanded responsibility in the construction management of multiple-unit tracts, condominiums and custom homes of all types. He expertly presides over every aspect of construction management, from acquisition to occupancy. Kyle is the hand that guides the hammer.

Lauren Pirro, Assistant Project Manager
With a wealth of knowledge and real estate expertise, Lauren's role encompasses a multitude of duties, from coordinating land acquisitions and entitlements to handling real estate and financial transactions. The company's designated government liaison, Lauren provides vital support to the architects, engineers, and contractors working with N Star.

Joseph Robles, Assistant On-Site Project Manager
Providing valuable assistance to on-site managers and crews, Joseph helps to guide the daily progress of new construction developments while anticipating the upcoming needs of the project. With a thorough understanding of the building industry, he plays a key role in organizing construction schedules and upholding N-Star's high standard of quality.

Jim H. Bootsma, Controller
Jim meets the challenge of heading up two departments, He is responsible for controlling project funding and handling all accounts, including payroll. With experience in office and financial management, Jim prepares taxes and stock ledgers .
Don Hargett, On-Site Project Manager
Responsible for on-site operations, Don monitors the progress of construction crews and ensures quality craftsmanship. He welcomes the challenge of developing a new project from the ground up, and more than 30 years of construction experience has given him the insight to keep projects running smoothly.

Michael James Tuazon, Purchasing Agent
With extensive experience in Real Estate Finance and Purchasing, Michael joined the N-Star team to oversee the onsite and offsite purchasing divison while working with the director of construction in budget management. He also provides the necessary support between the license subcontractors and N-Star.

Jose Quezada, Sales and Marketing Manager
As a licensed California Real Estate Broker, Jose has specialized in the new home industry since 1993. He brings with him a vast knowledge of new home financing and has been recognized and awarded for his commitment to "Customer Satisfaction." Mr. Quezada is a long time member of both the California, and National Association of Realtors (CAR/NAR). He holds a Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) designation, presented by the prestigious Building Industry Association(BIA).

Maria Lopez, Administrative Assistant
The newest member of our N Star team, with 6 years of administrative experience, Maria is the first line of public contact for N Star. While assisting in all facets of office management she provides critical administrative support on all projects and she brings a detail oriented approach to administration.
